We quickly grew tired of expensive electric bills in our new home and wanted to find a more cost-effective solution. Thanks to a good friend and neighbor we were introduced to Summit Solar. We have had solar panels on our house for exactly 30 days now and have created 1.14 MWh of power in that time. Looking back at our power bill from the same time frame last year we used 1.02 MWh of power. Not only have we used solar to produce the amount we used last year, we have created a little extra. For once, I am not scared to receive my Duke Power bill!
